We all agree to honor the ways of the other tribes, their beliefs, their government, their history, their crafts and Religion. We will not interfere, collide, be in opposition, or try to run the affairs of the tribes.
1. We of this Chickamauga Confederacy do agree to stand together in this fight for the rights of all Mix Blood Native Americans.
2. We all agree to fight for our right to the freedom of speech to say who we are and where we came from
3. We all agree to fight for our right to use our Religion, when
and where
we chose to do so.
4. We all agree to fight for our rights to make our crafts without censorship from the B.I.A. and the United States Government.
5. We all agree to fight to abolish the B.I.A., who has far too long outlived any reason to be over Native People. We will fight for the rights of all tribes to work under treaty agreement with the United States Government as one nation to another.
6. We will fight against being treated as slaves by the United States Government, but as free Mix Blood Native Americans.
7. We will fight the discrimination by all Federal Indian Tribes.
8. We will fight to be paid for the lands taken from our forefathers, or the return of these lands.
9. We will fight to protect our holy grounds from all that trespass on them.
10. We will take a stand and fight to protect Mother Earth’s Rivers, Lakes, Father Sky, her land, her Trees and Animals for the future of all peoples.
11. We will honor the rights of all people and their Religion; we ask only the same respect from them.
12. Anyone not keeping this agreement will be removed from the Confederacy, and will not have the full protection of all the confederacy standing with them in this fight.
Yowa, we ask you for your strong arm of protection for your Mix Blood People, to keep them from harm’s way,to give them the power to face all that may come their way. AHO!
